Grant Consultant – Community Health & Grants

Northern Light Health is seeking an experienced grant development and grant writing professional to provide high-value consultation and support to Northern Light Health and its members to advance priority initiatives through external institutional funding. This is a full-time benefited position.

As an integrated health delivery system serving Maine, Northern Light Health is committed to making healthcare work for our patients, communities, and employees. The Grant Consultant works closely with system leaders and external partners to develop concepts, and identify, cultivate, and solicit grant funding from government, corporate, foundation, and other sources for program, capital, or research initiatives. This individual is a key member of the Institutional Funding Team (IFT) which coordinates external institutional fundraising efforts; makes a critical contribution to sponsored project development and management; and is responsible for the submission of quality applications. This role collaborates closely with other Grants Services staff, Northern Light Health member organizations, the NLH Foundation, Clinical Research Center, fiscal services, program sponsors, and community partners. This is a full-time benefited position.
