Requests for refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Organizations or individuals may be subject to a processing fee if a refund is granted. As such, we recommend before joining or renewing an MPHA membership, that you check whether you have an existing membership, and/or (if applicable), your organization is a member of the Association. To streamline our membership renewal process, we are now able to offer members the opportunity to renew membership automatically each year. If you choose this option, your credit card information will be saved and automatically billed each year. Please note that although automatic renewal is an option, it is set as the default option when you renew or begin your membership. You may switch to a one-time payment by making that selection during the registration process.
